I’ve found some websites that can help me write a memoir and what is a memoir.

I’ve learned that the word “memoir” actually comes from the word “memoria” in Latin, meaning memory. Memoir is autobiographical writing, but not all autobiographical follow the criteria for memoir. Lastly, writing a memoir is about writing part of your life, like you really want to remember it.
“A memoir is a special kind of autobiography, usually involving a public portion of the author’s life as it relates to a person, historic event, or thing.”
