Sarah Chang

Artist: Sarah Chang(violin),The Philadelphia Orchestra, Wolfgang Sawallisch(Conductor)

 Composer: Niccolo Paganini (1782-1840)

  1. Allegro maestoso

The beginning was very loud that made me surprise. The song was loud and fast, ten it changed into very soft, light and fast. It kept changing into loud when I got relaxed and sleepy, and I think this would be useful to make people surprise or wake up.

2. 11 Adagio espressive

This song’s starting was also aloud and this was almost same as 1 Allegro maestoso. I was changing into soft, quiet and fast to loud (when it was loud, the other instruments were added.).

3. 111 Rondo (Allegro spiritoso)

The beginning with pitz and then the artist started it. It was soft, sweet and beautiful song. The artist (Sarah Chang) played violin very fast and she changed the volumes of violin many times (it was quiet, then loud, then quiet, then loud… it repeated again and again.).

Composer: Camille Saint- Saens (1835- 1921)

4. Havanise

The song was very quiet and very sweet. Violin used many high tones at the beginning.

5. Introduction and Rondo capriccioso

The beginning was quiet and gloomy that made my feeling sad. The bow was moving very fast and then everyone played together except Sarah Chang. She moved the bow very fast and she changed tones everytime.
