		<description>The Dust Bowl was a long series of severe dust storms in the U.S and Canada from 1930 to 1940. It was also a time of severe drought. Those dust storms were so powerful that some of them stripped land of its topsoil, a layer of very rich soil.</description>

		<description>I can't believe there's only 11% good for farming.  How do we survive on that?  Yeah, what is a Dust Bowl?  Can land degradation be reversed?  Maybe if you grow enough earthworms, which improve the soil quality, and release them everywhere, the land will slowly start healing.  That's assuming we stop degrading the soil.  What kind of steps should be taken?</description>
